These terms govern your use of Airy Digital. By using the service you agree to them.

The service

Airy Digital provides digital beings that act on your behalf using the capabilities you grant them, such as access to your email, calendar or workspace documents. You decide which capabilities to set up, and you can withdraw them at any time from your Google Account.

Provided as is

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Airy Digital Inc. is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Airy Digital lawfully and not to:

• use it to access data or accounts you are not authorised to access;
• attempt to break, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service or its infrastructure;
• use it to send spam, malware, or unlawful or abusive content;
• infringe the rights of others, or grant a being access you do not have the right to grant.

Suspension

We may suspend or withdraw access where the service is being abused, where use breaches these terms, or where it is necessary to protect the service or other users.

Governing law

Airy Digital Inc. is a Canadian company, with its registered address at 325 Front Street West, 4th Floor, Toronto. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute.
